Found Ignite really easy to deal with. Reminder message a few days before and a message to let me know they were on the way. Sam was polite and friendly and did the work well. Happy to recommend and will use again.
From the time I made 1st contact to obtain a quote for heat pump found staff to be very friendly. Prompt response within a few days with rep coming to my home to provide quote.As I made my enquiry just before Xmas was advised installation could be done on return to work on 6 Jan 2025.Install was done on the 7 Jan 2025, Sam the installer was very friendly and professional at all times, install was completed within a couple of hours.Would highly recommend.
