Amazing service and professionalism.Blew the other competitors out of the water with pricing, product and knowledge. Replacement of a gas’s central heating system, to an individual room climate control system.The unit was exactly what we wanted, with more features and a much better design of system than others (retrofit what they could, disconnected the gas system we had already) For a better price than a base cost of the same unit / system with less features quoted from competitors. (Including the disconnect of the old unit!)Never once felt like I was having the wool pulled over my eyes and being upsold for the sake of it. They told me the best way to go about it rather than myself taking the lead and making a mistake and incurring more cost.Highly recommended!
Moved into a new house and decided to get the ancient looking heat pump professionally serviced. Quote and booking were easy and the service went to plan. They even sourced the correct control panel sticker to replace the damaged and unreadable one on the unit.

From the time I made 1st contact to obtain a quote for heat pump found staff to be very friendly. Prompt response within a few days with rep coming to my home to provide quote.As I made my enquiry just before Xmas was advised installation could be done on return to work on 6 Jan 2025.Install was done on the 7 Jan 2025, Sam the installer was very friendly and professional at all times, install was completed within a couple of hours.Would highly recommend.

Brilliant had another company in before Ignite who told us wrong advice and over charged. Ignite came up with a better solution & we would now only use Ignite.
They came and looked at my new heatpump and replaced parts it now gose good. They really know there job and are fast at fixing the problems the I can't fault them in any way. They contacted me on the day turned up on time only 30min to do job very respectful of you property too. Affordable pricing too. My heat pump is up stairs too
